liquid crystal display (LCD)comprising an amorphous silicon TFT attached to each signal
electrode. This model is consisting of TFT-LCD module, a driver circuit and a back-light unit.
The resolution of a 3.5"contains 480*640 pixels and can display up to 262K colors.
